假期归来,如何快速收心!

不能旅游玩耍了,

不能悠闲逛街了,

不能睡到自然醒了,

但阳光依旧温暖,

地球依然在转。

国庆假期结束了。

 该回归校园生活

     假期归来的你可以做些什么呢?来听听小编怎么说吧!

生活方面

1.调整作息时间

      假期里同学们的作息时间可能是没有规律的,返校后要遵循学校冬季作息时间安排。

2.适当运动

     同学们可以进行适度体育运动,锻炼身体,劳逸结合。

3.调整饮

     假期归来,同学们在饮食上可以适当调整,三餐以清淡为主,多喝水,多吃富含纤维的食物,增加维生素的摄入。

学习方面

      一些同学国庆后可能会出现焦虑、郁闷、烦躁等情绪,甚至对学习产生恐惧的心理,学起来也是胡子眉毛一起抓,完全没有效率。因此,同学们最好将学习量化安排,明确每天的任务,保持良好的学习状态和节奏。

        高一高二的同学们国庆之前进行了本学期第一次月考, 刚结束月考的你们又可以做些什么呢?

        同学们可以根据自身情况订正各科目错题,做到“马上改,及时析,经常翻”,分析错题原因,及时弥补知识漏洞和欠缺点。

      除了以上方面,同学们还可以给自己一些心理暗示,提醒自己假期已经结束,如此可以帮助我们快速进入学习状态。
